We are looking for a
Export Manager (m/f/d)
to a position within Hansas Sales Export team.
The purpose of the role is to drive growth of Hansa product sales in designated geographical areas with the support of the local agent network.
In this role you will be responsible for
- Settingup and implementing the sales strategy Export together with the Sales Director in line with corporate values and culture
- Identifying target markets and customers
- Preparing market analyses related to pricing competition design and potential markets
- Proactive proposing how to improve sales and market share in chosen export markets
- Giving regular trainings and product information to all customers in the area of responsibility
- Coaching agents and developing business with strategic customers in the countries
The position reports to Sales Director Export/RoW Wibke Stelling and is a part of the respective sales team. The location of this position is Stuttgart Germany. The role involves travel on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant experience in sales in an international environment
- Great collaborator across cultures and functions able to lead and engage others in an expert role
- Experience in the sanitary market. Its an advantage if technical knowledge is known
- MSc/BSc in a relevant field
- Fluent written and spoken English
