Lead Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a Mid-level Full Stack Engineer (Frontend focus) to join our team - we are on a mission to build vertical SaaS companies in areas as diverse as Equipment rentals to Healthcare to Investment software. To do this, we need someone with a strong technical background to work directly with the CTO and Product Owner in enabling this vision to come true.

Must Have:

1. 5+ years of professional experience in the Software Industry

2. 1+ years of experience as a Lead in an Agile environment

3. 1+ years of experience of working with a UX/UI Designer in an Agile environment

4. Expertise with React.js (Redux on Context API) or similar Javascript framework

5. Experience consuming REST API and building elegant UI with at least some complex functionality

6. Experience with Node.js and TypeScript

7. Strong experience with CSS and preferably with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS

8. Strong Communication skills in English

9. Strong API design skills and understanding of authentication methods and security

10. Have an operational mindset

Nice to Have:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related fields

2. Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA's)

3. Experience with automated Web UI testing using Cypress or similar frameworks

4. Experience working with Relational Databases such as PostgreSQL

5. Experience working with Docker and docker-compose
