Job Description

Overview:
Our distinguished accounting firm is looking for an Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) Audit Manager to join our team in Englewood Cliffs NJ. This pivotal role calls for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of EBP audits. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage audits for a variety of employee benefit plans including 401(k) 403(b) pension and health and welfare plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable IRS and DOL regulations.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through highquality service and communication.
  • Mentor and develop staff on audit process and practice management.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior management to drive practice development and innovation.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • 3years of audit experience with experience in employee benefit plans preferred.
  • CPA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual in Korean is a plus.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
