Overview: Our distinguished accounting firm is looking for an Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) Audit Manager to join our team in Englewood Cliffs NJ. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audits for a variety of employee benefit plans including 401(k) 403(b) pension and health and welfare plans.
Ensure compliance with all applicable IRS and DOL regulations.
Maintain and enhance client relationships through highquality service and communication.
Mentor and develop staff on audit process and practice management.
Collaborate with partners and senior management to drive practice development and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of audit experience with extensive experience in employee benefit plans required.
CPA certification is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in English; bilingual in Korean is a plus.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
