Job Description
Linkage Web Solutions is looking for two (2) Project Managers/Developers with Experience using Gohighlevel and its features.
Since our agency uses Gohighlevel for most of our projects, your understanding of how Gohighlevel works are going to be equally as important.
We need a Gohighlevel administrator to build funnels, create automation, and triggers and help manage the pipelines within the GHL CRM.
We are looking for someone that can onboard new customers to our systems and provide ongoing support in Gohighlevel. In order to be successful in this role, you must feel comfortable speaking with customers on the phone about Gohighlevel and possess the ability to provide solutions to their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
> Create automation
> Create funnels
> Make sure all triggers are set up correctly
> Create landing pages
Tech Skills Required:
> Go HighLevel
> Zapier
> Facebook Forms
The ideal team member has a lot of experience in Gohighlevel software, building funnels and landing pages, and automation. This person should be well-versed in Zapier, and Facebook forms and can create landing pages from scratch.
Please provide examples of other landing pages and automation that you have done in the past so we have a basic idea of your past work.
Pay
. Initial starting basic salary of ₱20,000 with regular appraisals.
. Earn quarterly performance bonuses

.This is an OFFICE POSITION.
.Graveyard shift (our clients are in the U.S.). You will be required to work from 9:00 pm - 6:00 am Monday through Friday Philippine Time from our Baguio City Office.

Your Experience

Solid understanding of web development best practices
-
Skilled in HTML and CSS with a focus on cross-browser support

Ability to manage multiple projects at once, while accurately setting and meeting deadlines

Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary

past experience as a VA is a big plus

Must be able to work with our clients through multi-channels phone, chat, tickets, Zoom, etc.

Strong attention to detail (what the customer tells you and detail in your overall work)

Use your knowledge of Gohighlevel to help new customers to the system.

Provide Gohighlevel support-related solutions.

Build funnels, automation/workflows, and troubleshoot

Provide strategic recommendations for design implementation

Ideally, you should also have a good aesthetic sense and be comfortable discussing design ideas, style tiles, and overall branding to develop derivative layouts and user interface elements without requiring specific design direction.
Candidates are strongly encouraged to share a portfolio showcasing skills in page design and/or functionality. Your portfolio can also showcase automations you've put together in the past.
