Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Boston, MA 02116
Duration: 2+ Months (Possible Extension)
Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for operating key stations by activating a typewriter-style keyboard terminal via (NDP-250) scanner for the purpose of updating the computer.
Responsibilities
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for operating key stations by activating a typewriter-style keyboard terminal via (NDP-250) scanner for the purpose of updating the computer.
- Checks for discrepancies between source documents and data for accuracy from the NDP-250 scanner.
- Sort incoming mail.
- Analyze and batch documents for scanning purposes.
- Review problem data, check for discrepancies, and make corrections for the batches received.
- Operate general office machines such as adding machines, fax/photocopy machines, joggers, letter openers, and optical scanning machines.
- Assist internal/external customers via telephone with check issues.
- Manually key data and collect revenue and submit checks to the receiving teller of the department.
- Maintains logs of daily activities by recording work performance.
