Social Media Supervisor (Sport Betting Firm)

Location: Lagos

Compensation: N250,000 monthly net plus other benefits

About Company: Our client is a leading Sport Betting Company in Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Summary: The company is seeking to hire a talented social media supervisor to represent the organization by increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the company s interactions with the public by implementing content strategies on all social media platforms. The social media supervisor s duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

Responsibilities:

Running company social media advertising campaigns.

Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company s brand

Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns

Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company s social media accounts

Analyzing the company s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements

Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company s marketing activities

Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign s performance against the KPIs

Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.

Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.

Monitoring the companys brand on social media.

Responding to comments on each of our accounts.

Overseeing customer service provided via social media.

Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

Requirements

First degree from a reputable institution

Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience from a well-structured organization.

Experience developing social media strategies.

Proven ability to build social media communities.

Ability to measure the success of campaigns.

Leadership and supervisory experience

An analytical mind with problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

A team player with leadership skills
