Data Analytics & Visualization Manager

• Create and Maintain documentation of reporting solutions, data mapping, data dictionary, and reporting standards
  
• Presents data in a fashion that is easy to understand with proper documentation for successful user adoption
  
• Understands the data, visualizes outcomes and creates compelling and meaningful reports.
  
• Designs and works with product development to create useful reports for the products reports and analytics area.
  
• Drive and manage data visualization and reporting - Clearly and accurately convey complex information in a compelling manner to internal and external audiences
  
• Bring outputs together and tell a compelling story/narrative
  
• Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
  
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures is key
  
• In addition, this role will be responsible for advanced data modeling, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from disparate data sets and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes
  
• Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics platform roadmap and strategy
  
• Maintain BI infrastructure and develop long-term BI data and system architecture
  
• Manage the development and maintenance of new and updated BI dashboards
  
• Analyze and process datasets to identify trends and insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
  
• Consolidate redundant reporting and ensures that information is used consistently and efficiently across the business unit
  
• Leverage data and analytics to track, optimize, and predict business performance; support a culture of data driven decision-making
  
• Communicates data nuances and insights to all levels of the company in a clear and concise manner
  
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements are met
  
• Determine the future technology roadmap and assess opportunities to drive operational efficiencies (ex: consolidation of platforms, adopting new technologies)
  
• This individual will partner with Product Dev, Business IT and various business teams (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Trade & Distribution) to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions
  

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of analytics experience
  

• Expert SQL skills
  
• Experience with relational databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.)
  
• Experience with Dashboarding Tools like PowerBI
  
• Strong analytical skills, including analysis and modeling of big data, statistics, and experimental design
  
• Familiarity with a breadth of statistical and machine-learning modeling technique
  
• Deep experience and expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis
  
• Experience working in Agile framework
  
• Active problem solver and creative thinker who can think on their feet and define and manage an ongoing test & learn agenda.
  
• Must be highly adept and capable of building and maintaining trusting partnerships and collaborative relationships across the organization
  
• Healthcare domain knowledge is a huge plus
  
• Familiarity with healthcare payer data, member journey, marketing, member service and click stream data
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
