Responsibilities
Office Tasks:
- Control and share the work of all teams in the General Affairs (staff, receptionist, messenger).
- Managing existing operations on BHD Jogjakarta Office.
- Controlling in and out of patty cash general affair.
- Controlling the office Jogjakarta general affair related, car loan shop, collection, apartment (inventory, electricity, internet, water, and storage of goods).
- Reviewing and tidying up the General Affair SOP.
- Coordinating and managing documents for Management Building, Apartment Domicile, and Access.
- Controlling the management of fixed assets of company vehicles (services, extending taxes, etc).
Non-Office Tasks:
- Controlling & handling all ITAS documents (BHD), (from: RPTKA notification, DPKK, PNDP, telex, ITAS Online).
- Manage all documents (personal documents for ITAS Applications).
- Control registration and opening of NPWP & bank accounts.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken in Mandarin
- 2+ years proven experience handling general affair role
- Able to operate Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel
