Job Description
MMS Group Indonesia (MMSGI) is a sustainable energy Unicorn company with three main business pillars: MMS Resources MMS Land and MMS Solution with locations spread across Indonesia. One of the portfolios of MMS Group is PT. Multi Harapan Utama a company holding a PKP2B license in East Kalimantan which is under MMS Resources.
We are looking for experienced Legal Officer person that can grow and bring the companys goal together.
Responsibility:
- Provide legal advice
- Manage all legal documents within the company
- Identify potential legal risks
- Conduct training or education for employees
- Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise between employees and management or among employees
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Maximum 28 years old
- Bachelors Degree in Law
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws
- Indepth knowledge of Indonesian laws regulations and governance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
