Our client, a foremost printing and corporate support service providers in Nigeria and Africa, is currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant (3 months temporary job)
Location: Sabo-Yaba, Lagos
Responsibilities
Act as the first contact on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer
Arrange travel, visa and accommodation and occasionally, travel with the COO to take minutes at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate
Meet and greet visitors on behalf of the COO
Organize and maintain diaries and make appointments
Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
Coordinate events and speaking engagements
Must have strong writing and review skills, skills in PowerPoint presentation
Deal with incoming emails, faxes and posts, often corresponding on behalf of the COO
Carry out background research and present findings
Organize and attend meetings and ensure the COO is well prepared for meetings
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc. in relevant field.
Minimum of 4 years Proven experience as an executive assistant
In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
