Job Description
Our client a leading law firm specializing in different practice areas including Corporate and Commercial Energy Power and Infrastructure Finance and Capital Markets e.t.c is seeking to hire someone who can identify business opportunities manage key projects build strategic partnerships cultivate client relationships and manage these effectively to become a sustainable asset.

Job Requirements
A law degree.
Minimum of 2 years postNYSC.
Knowledge of a few of the firm practice areas. Such knowledge must be practical and gained from working in an active environment (commercial law firm or financial advisory/consulting firm) advising on relevant commercial law issues in the areas of expertise.
Experience with Big 4 or other consulting firms is an added advantage.
The ability to do valuations is a musthave.
Experience in riskbased due diligence or implementation of internal control systems and investigation and audit is desirable
A sound understanding of economic trends
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Accounting background, Statistical knowledge, Business development skills, Strong analytical skills, Attention to detail.
