You will be responsible for:
This individual must support projects and training initiatives that drive quality, compliance and effectiveness for the organization.
This person will be responsible for supporting the execution of site training plans, development and implementation of OJT programs, maintaining compliance of personnel training files, and delivering classroom training.
Assists departments in scheduling training activities, maintaining training records and auditing compliance of training against the established schedules and curriculum.
Day to day management of the (LMS) Learning management System
Support the creation, revision and assignment of training Job Roles to employees
Creation and management of training folders for all staff and contractors on site
Processing of all DocuSign packs
Delivery of both On The Job and classroom training when required
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas needing improvement, recommending strategies for improvement, and implementing those strategies once approved
Maintain Training Compliance
Monitoring and processing of all Training Queries
Supporting the day to day training activities on site
Provided daily ad-hoc reporting requests
Work with department Training Points of Contact
Become trained and competent in the use of the clients electronic systems .
You will need to have:
Good interpersonal skills are required, and the ability to communicate well both verbally and written
Must be able to work within and adapt to complex electronic systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to function with guidance in a rapidly changing environment while balancing multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficient in the Microsoft applications (word, excel, Power Point)

We would prefer for you to have:
Experience working is a training discipline within the Pharmaceutical environment
Experience of training course creation and delivery
Experience of working with a Learning Management System
Experience of Implementing Projects
Good interpersonal skills are required, as is the ability to communicate well both verbally and written.
Must be able to function effectively in a team environment
