Our client is hiring for a administrative position requiring a meticulous attention to detail high level of accuracy and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities include;
- Providing administrative support to the facilities team.
- Answering customer queries via phone and email.
- Manage annual maintenance contracts and service level agreements.
- Processing fieldbased engineers paperwork.
- Issuing inspection reports & sitespecific documentation to clients.
- Chase reactive maintenance on a quarterly basis.
- Distribution of PFPE to clients tagging inspecting stock control database updates and delivery
- Cover of reception desk (phone calls emails courier & post)
Experience/Skills required for the role;
- Excellent administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised on daytoday duties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of proficiency in MS Suite email etc
- Ability to prioritise and coordinate work schedules
- Excellent team player
- Quick learner
