Job Description

Our client is hiring for a administrative position requiring a meticulous attention to detail high level of accuracy and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities include;

  • Providing administrative support to the facilities team.
  • Answering customer queries via phone and email.
  • Manage annual maintenance contracts and service level agreements.
  • Processing fieldbased engineers paperwork.
  • Issuing inspection reports & sitespecific documentation to clients.
  • Chase reactive maintenance on a quarterly basis.
  • Distribution of PFPE to clients tagging inspecting stock control database updates and delivery
  • Cover of reception desk (phone calls emails courier & post)

Experience/Skills required for the role;

  1. Excellent administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised on daytoday duties
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  3. High level of proficiency in MS Suite email etc
  4. Ability to prioritise and coordinate work schedules
  5. Excellent team player
  6. Quick learner
