Sell2Rent is seeking a part-time CFO to join our remote team and be responsible for helping us establish our accounting process.
Sell2Rent is revolutionizing Real Estate by creating a platform that empowers homeowners to sell their homes (and stay in them as renters) to investors who want to acquire those properties. S2R will bring to mainstream America what corporate America has had for decades: Lease-Backs. We will allow homeowners to unlock equity from their most significant asset, their home while allowing them to stay as renters. Sell2Rent is a technology-first company that sees a giant opportunity in the single-family home market. Starting in the US and then globally. About The Position
We're looking for a part-time CFO to join our remote team. They will be responsible for helping us establish our accounting process, she/he should have between 3-5 years of experience with accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating the company s future direction through providing input on the company s business plan, financial and tax strategies, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations
- Develop processes that ensure efficient, effective financial and business management
- Create long-term value for the company through a finance-based approach that supports comprehensive business performance
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in finance, operations, research, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline preferred
- Prior experience as a CFO for a start up, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience of accounting
- Required English proficiency (C1)
- Outstanding communication skills written and verbal
- Excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
