Program Manager -Supply Strategy

Program Manager - Supply Strategy (1 to 5 years) Series A Funded Agritech Our journey: Agrim in a fast-growing agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-inputs marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed. AGRIM has scaled up rapidly across India, with 10% of the overall customer universe already onboarded on the platform. Having closed our Series A round of funding with Tier-1 investors, we are very well capitalized. Our Founders are IIT/ IIM graduates and ex-entrepreneurs (with successful exits) and we have also built one of the best start-up teams, with senior executives from Tier-1 education institutes, e-commerce companies such as Amazon, Hopscotch, Policy Bazaar, Udaan etc. and experienced industry professionals from the agriculture sector Funding Details Role & Responsibilities - Working closely with the Leadership on overall growth charter - Healthy Blend of Strategy and Execution requiring strong bias for action - Leading & driving multiple projects with cross-team stakeholder management - Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization without direct reporting lines - Ability to develop and execute complex project road maps - Must be able to systematically escalate problems or deviations in the operating plan to the relevant stakeholders and monitor mitigation mechanisms to ensure they are delivered. - Work within time constraint to meet critical business needs, while monitoring activities in the pipeline and ensuring service requirements are met - Develop training programs, own KPIs and performance improvement initiatives in the organization - Develop performance metrics to assist with driving business results

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience: - MBA/Bachelors Degree from Tier-1 College - Prior Experience in management consulting / high growth / Early-age startups - Analytical and Highly data Oriented - Hands on with analytics tools Personality Aspects: - Problem solving mindset with an ability to own the problem and get things done - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stakeholders across different teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Should have drive to deliver - Ability to partner with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
