Client is a US based health clinic and their mission specializes in legal, prescribed Assisted Coaching and Therapy (PACT) incorporating ketamine-assisted psychotherapy while the patient is home. Their comprehensive programs ensure patients are properly prepared for their ketamine treatment by their specific coach, who will continue to support them throughout the entire clientjourney.
They can also coordinate with the patient s individual therapist as needed. Ketamine is shown to temporarily alter your state of consciousness which can lead to personal breakthroughs. Ketamine is a legal, FDA approved medication that can be used off-label for depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental-health conditions.
Client is expanding their services and is looking to initiate the expansion of the Patient Monitor team. Though the patients Coach takes the lead in each session, the Patient Monitor observes and documents the results for the duration of each session after the Coach leaves. Strong English skills are a must as well as attention to details, solid work ethics and a team oriented attitude.
Consistently seek to build a trusting relationship with members by understanding their needs and mental health challenges
Virtually monitor via video (Zoom) 2 - 5 ketamine session and follow an escalation protocol as required
Coordinate and closely collaborate with members of Customer s coaching and physician team
Write detailed engagement notes of anything that happens during a virtual ketamine session
Recite a written script to start the session
Visually check and confirm that a member is ready to start their session (based on protocol)
Provide applicable administrative support for each member of your caseload
Be comfortable with managing a caseload of ~50 - 100 members
Assist with formalizing monitor SOPs
Team Lead:
Establish and execute the processes and procedures
Establish and manage the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monitor and evaluate all processes and implement improvement to ensure clients receive appropriate and high-quality services as committed
Perform daily and monthly auditing of work processes
Monitor and assist team members in the daily operation aspects of the project including reviewing the status and performance against targets, performing root cause analysis of variances and making improvements to meet the targets
Coach, guide and train team members by providing excellent service
Provide assistance to team members in accordance with established practices and procedures
Provide reports as agreed with Customer
Assist in hiring, selection and training of new team members update ledgers, data, and reports.
Licensed as a registered nurse
5 and above years of medical expertise, strong preference for mental health experience and BPO
Preferred experience using Canvas EMR, google suite, intercom and Notion
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to adapt based on member s needs and behaviors
Ability to anticipate member s needs
Organization and attention to detail
Good Zoom presence and comfort being on video
Team player who s willing to help with tasks outside their job description when needed
