Job Description
- Experience in Infra Projects
- Allaround PM with Software/Infra and services like CD MES and Staffing
- Experience in Software Projects
- Heavy SDLC and Agile experience
- Defines strategy and justifies the entire plan for the project (work plan team structure team process stakeholder involvement plan configuration management plan management plans and the like).
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment identifying schedules scopes budget estimations and implementation plans including risk mitigation.
- Manages the Financial Performance (PnL) of the project
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope schedule and budget
- Executes & monitors the of the project plan in meeting the organization s goal for project schedule budget and quality expectation. Use metrics to monitor (EVM) analyze and manage projects.
- Reports an accurate project status internally to management and relevant customers stakeholders.
- Manage risk management stakeholder managementclient relationships and expectations for the duration of the project
Requirements
- Education At least graduate with a Bachelor s or Masters Degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or any related course.
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Professional
- With 3 years experience in Project Management.
- Experience in handling complex projects following SDLC (Waterfall) Scrum and Agile Methodologies
- Experience in handling web and mobile applications
- Experience in deployment and release management.
- Certifications are a plus;
- Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master certification
- Professional Scrum Master II
- ProjectManagementProfessional (PMP ) certification
