Job Description
- Installation of new school
- Project manage the construction
- Develop and support strategic planning processes within the Institute.
- Develop strategy for, and leadership of, the induction, progression and outcomes of students.
- Maintain oversight of improving student outcomes, NSS/TEF/DLHE key performance indicators.
- Line-manage Programme Leaders and Academic Co-ordinators to enhance and ensure the quality of provision and student outcomes.
- Identify, develop and foster the talent needed to deliver the Institute’s strategy and goals.
- Demonstrate a high level of strategic thinking and planning in order to deliver the Institute’s goals, both internally and externally.
- Understand the complexities of the education sector
- Demonstrate awareness and responsiveness to sector changes and be able to communicate these to staff
