Owns day-to-day business management (forecast, orders, payments) and customer relationship as well as ensuring quick resolution of issues to improve effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Supports Director GKA in the development of the global strategy and the development and execution of the joint business plans
Owns forecasting, reporting and providing guidance to production planning through analysis of forecast data for their accounts
Communicates variances to plan (assumptions, pricing, volumes) and shifts in strategy appropriately, in alignment with the Director GKA
Coordinates and communicates with various departments, included but not limited to Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, Customer Service
Detects opportunities and promotes Ball's capabilities to grow the business through innovation, sustainability, expanded portfolio
Supports pricing strategy. Identifies opportunities to improve margin
