Job Description
- Owns day-to-day business management (forecast, orders, payments) and customer relationship as well as ensuring quick resolution of issues to improve effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Supports Director GKA in the development of the global strategy and the development and execution of the joint business plans
- Owns forecasting, reporting and providing guidance to production planning through analysis of forecast data for their accounts
- Communicates variances to plan (assumptions, pricing, volumes) and shifts in strategy appropriately, in alignment with the Director GKA
- Coordinates and communicates with various departments, included but not limited to Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, Customer Service
- Detects opportunities and promotes Ball's capabilities to grow the business through innovation, sustainability, expanded portfolio
- Supports pricing strategy. Identifies opportunities to improve margin
