Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage Patent Portfolio:
o Oversee filing prosecution and maintenance of patents.
o Conduct patent searches and analyze patent landscapes.
o Coordinate with external patent attorneys for filings.
Develop IP Strategies:
o Create IP strategies aligned with business and R&D goals.
o Conduct freedomtooperate analyses.
o Evaluate potential IP acquisitions and licensing.
Ensure Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with global IP laws.
o Support legal team in patent litigation.
o Draft and review IPrelated agreements.
Collaborate with Teams:
o Work with R&D legal and business development teams.
o Provide training on IP best practices.
o Communicate IP matters to senior management.
