Restoration Engineer

Compensation: $80000 $90000 per year

RVP is seeking Restoration Engineers to apply engineering principles to assess damage and design restoration plans. The Restoration Engineers will work to restore structural integrity and functionality to properties affected by disasters.

Responsibilities:

• Assess structural damage to properties.

• Develop and implement restoration plans.

• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with project managers and other restoration professionals.

• Monitor and evaluate restoration progress.

• Consult observe methods of practice and demonstrate special skills at the U.S. company.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have good to excellent English speaking and writing proficiency and be able to communicate at all levels.

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and building codes.

• Ability to assess structural damage and develop restoration plans.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

• At least 5 years of experience in disaster restoration or a related field.

• Possess the equivalent of a fouryear bachelor's degree in civil engineering structural engineering or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred).

• Show expertise and specialized knowledge or skills in Disaster Restoration.

• Seek to travel to the United States for the purpose of the interchanging of knowledge and skills among foreign and American specialists by observing consulting or demonstrating your special knowledge or skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• IICRC Certification

• OSHA Training
