Job Description

Overview

Our Fortune 100 Client is seeking aMarketing Execution Coordinator for their New York City office. The Team is a significant driver of value to our client. On this team you will be dedicated to delivering best in class marketing experiences to increase spend activity. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that works with corporate partners to create and market unique and engaging offers to its customers and prospects. In this role you will be responsible for successfully executing acquisition and customer marketing campaigns in multiple channels. The ideal candidate has robust project management skills, is a quick learner, curious problem solver, and is adept at working in a fast-paced environment.

Description and Deliverables

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across various marketing channels
  • Manage periodic compliance mandated updates across marketing assets
  • Coordinate with technology and product management teams to complete required updates
  • Support marketing managers in efforts designed to improve the customer experience
  • Build cross-functional relationships across multiple internal & external partners
  • Identify and create efficiencies in current marketing processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1-3 years of work experience (preferably in a large corporate setting)
  • Desire to join a high-profile, results-oriented and dynamic team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Extremely strong organizational skills including attention to detail, handling multiple priorities, managing tight timelines, driving flawless execution and problem solving abilities
  • Candidate must have a strong mix of analytical skills and strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to drive business results
  • Proven ability to build and leverage relationships
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient Microsoft office suite, advanced Excel skills a plus
  • Understanding of marketing channels and / or execution processes is a plus


Work Environment


  • We offer a competitive benefits package
  • Monday-Friday work week, Hybrid
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis
  • Salary range is $60,000 - $65,000 plus full benefits including: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO and Sick Leave
