Job Description
Our client, a leading consulting firm with successful operations in the UAE and in KSA is looking to add to their team, the position of a Senior Consultant - Real Estate and Strategy. An ideal candidate will have previous experience in Business Planning and Real Estate Development Advisory and Feasibility Studies for clients within the real estate sector in KSA.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategy consulting for the KSA office
- Meeting and advising clients with development recommendations and solutions for their assets
- Preparing proposals, conduct a site visit and analysis as needed
- Conduct feasibility studies or planning for new initiatives or projects
- Financial Modelling and Cash Flow Analysis
Requirements
- A degree in Real Estate or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role of at least 4-5 years in KSA is essential
- Good working experience in Feasibility Studies
- Good working experience in Development and Portfolio Management (of real estate investments)
- Market Research and Analysis
- Must be an Arabic speaker
