Roles and responsibilities
This role main purpose is to lead professional legal corporate services, advocacy and advice to all functions, senior management and staff in accordance with legislation, policy, guidelines and practice standards to ensure consistent, quality services are delivered, and outcomes are improved for the business.
Building, reviewing or developing contracts and agreements that the company enters into with external parties, and ensuring their legality in line with laws and regulations, in order to maintain the company's commitment to all legal obligations that preserve the company's contractual rights.
Accountabilities
- Lead the legal corporate team by planning that for the registration of company’s private label products and trademarks in Saudi Authority for intellectual Property on daily basis to make sure the comply and with laws and regulations inside the Saudi Arabia and other countries.
- Responsible to support all divisions in the company, and its’ subsidiaries by providing legal services through corporate team in order to protect the company's rights in all relations
- Accountable to provide solid and safe draft legal documentation to all departments in the company and review every two months to avoid any lack in the documents as per Article of Association.
- Providing accurate, and strong consultations on projects to the concern departments by delivering accurate legal advice to ensure that the company comply with the laws and regulations inside and outside Saudi Arabia, and that gives the business sustainability and continuity.
- Responsible to draft and review all types of contracts and agreements for the whole company by reviewing all conditions and term in order to ensure compliance with the laws.
- Responsible to approve standard contracts and agreement by reviewing the terms and conditions to ease the process of singing contract and to protect the company’s right in all relations.
- Accountable to make a prompt decision on weekly basis by reviewing updated government regulations, legal documentations, and all other situations in order to avoid any legal issues that would impact the company and that leads sustainability and continuity for the organization.
- Responsible to share a monthly legal report with the external and internal audits, Boards members, and committees by analyzing all legal existing issue in order to provide the right action plan and make sure the business is in the right position legally.
- Responsible to share with stakeholders any legal risk the company might face by analyzing the current situation and presenting the issue to them to avoid any legal risk in the future and making sure the business running smoothly.
- Anticipate the risks and legal needs, by reviewing all legal documents related to the projects, contracts ..., and report and share with the Department Manager, and Legal Director with appropriate solutions to avoid any fines or violations on the company.
- Manage company’s relationship with its employees, customers, shareholders, and contractors by providing legal solid solutions to protect the company’s right in all relations.
Desired candidate profile
- Admission to the bar in [State/Country].
- years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on corporate governance, compliance, and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

- Outdoors : 10%
- Working Days : 05 days
- Days off : 02 days
- Working Hours : : 8:00 9:00 AM – 5:00 6:00PM
Job Requirement
Education
- Bachelor of Law, Master is preferred. additional certificate
Experience
- (6-8) Years of Experience, inhouse manager for the last 3 years
Computer Skills
- Professional MS Office Suite
Languages
- Fluent in English & Arabic
