The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the reporting and monitoring process in the division and projects to ensure the E&S project requirements are tracked and delivered on schedule, with any potential issues raised both within the E&S function & the Project Director and escalated as necessary.
As an E&S Reporting Assisting Manager, you will play responsible for the reporting process within the division, including managing planning, reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting informed decision-making within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Create and own the reporting standards and processes which facilitate timely and accurate reporting at Projects, Programs and Portfolio level.
Establishing / delivering formal reporting arrangements on projects progress for the management, including preparing reporting manual, guidelines, and templates.
Manage the periodical progress report protocols/templates for progress reporting and monitoring progress against it.
Ensuring quality report implementations by developing, documenting, utilizing and enforcing the use of reporting procedures that meet objectives and business goals.
Managing Reporting activities and representation during business meetings to understand and ensure needed information is delivered which meets strategies business goals.
Implement effective reporting systems and dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics.
Consolidate, analyse, validate and represent data to E&S management to support in decision making.
Generate and manage the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports/presentations for the stakeholders.
Generating regular status reports and performance metrics to E&S senior management to provide visibility into project progress and highlight any issues or concerns.
Design and develop high-quality presentations for the CEO to use in internal meetings, external stakeholder engagements, conferences, and annual achievement.
Compile and prepare detailed reports on operational performance, strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, and activities.
Interact with other areas of the business to ensure forecasting deadlines are met. Notifies staff of reporting requirements and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy of information presented in reports and presentations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering science or a related field is typically required. Advanced degree or professional certification, particularly in management is a plus.
Experience & Requirements: Proven experience in reporting, data management, planning and PMO, with a minimum of [12] years in a similar role.
PMP, MSP Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner/ PMI or similar project management demonstrable understanding.
In depth understanding of reporting requirements on major programmes. Previous experience using a range of cloud-based analytics tools and technologies.
Knowledge and experience in the use of Primavera P6, Power Bi and SharePoint. Experience designing processes and system solutions to support delivering data analytics and project capabilities.
Registered in Saudi Engineering Council.
