Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representatives with the ability to Work from home! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing products and services. All calls are strictly Inbound calls no cold calling. Please do not apply unless you are okay with a 1099 position.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Requirements
Computer or laptop
Hardwired Internet connection
Noise cancelling headset
Must pass a background check
Must be able to work within the USA
