Job Description

Job Purpose
Ensure effective utilization of working capital while providing clear visibility and support to reduce working capital cycle.



  • Ensure 3 way matching of all vendor invoices.
  • Record all vendor invoices in Quick Books.
  • Maintain precise records of all vendor payments
  • Create process and controls to ensure completeness, accuracy and efficiency in vendor payments.
  • Ensure accuracy of withholding taxation and timely deposit of the same to government treasury.
  • Ensure vendor reconciliation on timely basis
  • Ensure effective utilization of working capital and speedy processing of payments.
  • Improve vendor visibility, ageing, and daily movements.






Requirements


  • ACCA / MBA / B Com / ICMA/ BBA
  • Minimum of 6 months of payables management experience
  • Strong computing skills (Word processing and Excel) and solid experience with financial systems, financial reporting, financial and business planning, budget preparation and adherence to statutory, regulatory and other policy standards and requirements
  • Ability to work in a demanding self-supervisory, multi-task environment within clear timelines
  • Strong interpersonal, and cooperative working skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong administrative ability and organizational skill

Minimum of 1 years of reporting experience and audit firm (big 4) experience is preferred ACCA / MBA / ICMA/CA finalist Sound understanding of accounting standards (IFRS) Strong computing skills (Word processing and Excel) and solid experience with financial systems, financial reporting, financial and business planning, budget preparation and adherence to statutory, regulatory and other policy standards and requirements Ability to work in a demanding self-supervisory, multi-task environment within clear timelines Strong interpersonal, and cooperative working skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong administrative ability and organizational skills
