We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of management experience strong leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving branch goals. This role is responsible for driving branch performance managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations: Manage the daytoday operations of the branch ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Team Leadership: Lead motivate and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies managing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Financial Management: Oversee branch financials including budgeting forecasting and monitoring expenses to ensure profitability.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports including sales figures financial metrics and operational updates to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure the branch complies with all regulatory requirements and company policies including health and safety standards.
Marketing & Promotion: Implement local marketing initiatives to increase branch visibility and attract new customers.
