Job Description

Position Title: .NET Developer
Timings: 04:00pm 1:00am
Department:Software Engineering
Location: Ikonic Plot # 176 Korang Road near Rahat Bakers I10/3 Islamabad

Position Purpose:
As a .NET Developer you will be responsible for working with a team of developers in the design development and maintenance of web applications. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions that meet our business objectives.

Education & Professional Qualification:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
  • 4 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C#/.NET and SQL
  • 1 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET and Frontend developers providing guidance and support in technical design coding and problemsolving.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and postproduction support.
  • Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Design develop and maintain scalable and secure web applications using .NET and frontend frameworks.
  • Ensure code quality and best practices are maintained through code reviews automated testing and continuous integration.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance performance scalability and user experience.
  • Manage project timelines priorities and resources to meet business goals and deadlines.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in .NET Framework 5.x and above.
  • Extensive experience with ASP.NET / C# and .NET Core.
  • Solid knowledge of Webform / MVC architectures.
  • Proven experience with Web Services including WCF and REST.
  • Proficient in JavaScript JQuery and Ajax for dynamic web applications.
  • Strong skills in SQL / TSQL for database management and manipulation.
  • Expertise in HTML5 HTML and CSS3 for frontend development.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Strong foundation in objectoriented analysis and design.
  • Commitment to secure coding best practices to ensure robust and secure applications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio and TFS for development and version control.
  • Comprehensive experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in using project management tools.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of frontend frameworks like Angular.js and React.js.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and test automation.

Utilize expertise in freelancing platforms to drive sales and expand our client base. Craft compelling bids, tailored to client needs, on various freelance platforms. Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Meet and exceed the assigned sales target through effective pitching and negotiation. Facilitate all interpersonal communication. Manage interaction with clients efficiently Collaborate with the team to strategize B2B sales initiatives and implement email marketing campaigns. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential clients. Reporting & follow-up with clients Requirements: 6 months of demonstrated experience in service industry sales on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies Proficiency in writing persuasive proposals and engaging clients effectively. Additional skills in B2B sales and email marketing are highly valued. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, particularly in engaging and retaining clients. Proven ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate within a team environment. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
