- Understanding the requirement from Business Team for Insurance Products

- Business requirement documents (BRD) preparation
- Insurance Partner & Development Team Coordination
- Understanding the various integrations required from Insurer s end for completing a process.
- Bridge the Development Team with the Insurance Partner s Technical team for process and integration knowledge sharing.
- Create unified masters across Insurance Partners for the development team to consume for development.
- Project Implementation Support
- Review various stages of the project from Requirement Sharing to development team, obtaining approvals for implementation, reviewing delivery at each milestones till UAT and Go Live
- Manage daily stand-ups and support development team throughout implementation.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing
- Develop test cases for the process
- Share the build with the test cases to the identified testers for them to complete testing
- Record and Track Issues / Bugs reported while testing and share to development team for resolution
- Circulate Testing feedback periodically with Business Team
- Deployment and Go Live
- Coordinate with Insurance Partners to obtain production credentials to move the application to Live
- Manual testing of the application on live before Go Live
- Over Manage Deployment of application
- Application Support Post Go Live and track usage of the application with various metrics
Requirements
Skills Required:
- Functional Business Analyst with experience in IT project implementation and support
- Domain Knowledge on Insurance product across Life, Non-Life and General product streams.
- Knowledge in Insurance Process flow Purchase, Application Tracking and Post-Purchase.
- Prior experience in managing Insurance Domain Projects (Customer Facing Applications and Back-Office Applications) is an added advantage
- Good Communication and Writing Skills
