Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in the Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role will be pivotal in analyzing business needs and requirements to enhance our IT banking solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business processes within the BFSI industry. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with business goals and deliver valuable insights.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews workshops and surveys.
- Create and maintain process documentation using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation of user acceptance test (UAT) plans and ensure requirements are met.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation during project implementation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and banking systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector preferably within BFSI.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with process documentation and BPMN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on business outcomes.
- Experience with business requirement gathering and documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant tools for business analysis and documentation.
