We are currently working with a Real Estate Investment Firm who are looking to add an Office Administrator to their team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
Role Duties Include:
- To oversee day to day administration of the office, including answering phone calls and responding to emails in a manner which is representative of the brand (courteous, helpful and professional).
- Assist with scheduling of viewings, inspections and maintenance of properties.
- Maintain property files in an accurate and professional manner.
- Data entry (Yardi, BuildingLink etc.).
- Assist in management of website, social media platforms etc.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years relevant experience in a busy administration role.
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience working with customers.
- Ability to multi-task and be organised.
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
