Office Administrator

• To oversee day to day administration of the office, including answering phone calls and responding to emails in a manner which is representative of the brand (courteous, helpful and professional).
  
• Assist with scheduling of viewings, inspections and maintenance of properties.
  
• Maintain property files in an accurate and professional manner.
  
• Data entry (Yardi, BuildingLink etc.).
  
• Assist in management of website, social media platforms etc.
  

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years relevant experience in a busy administration role.
  
• Excellent communication skills and previous experience working with customers.
  
• Ability to multi-task and be organised.
  
• A high level of proficiency with Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
