We are looking for an Engineering Manager for our partner in the banking industry. You are going to have the chance to contribute to building a digital banking system from scratch.This role is primarily a leadership role and the challenges youll need to overcome will have great impact both on the engineering organization and the deliverables as well. You need to be able to find the common tone with people, gaining insights into their inner motives and nurturing them in a way that they grow and get aligned to the mission that the company is committed to.

As a technologist you need to bring one skillset of below list:
- NodeJS and Javascript
- ReactJS and HTML/CSS
- Cloud-Native Development
- Excellent knowledge of at least on of database technology, such as
- PostgresSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB, HBase, Neo4J,Redis.
- Overall knowledge including common technology used for software development RESTful APIs, Single Sign On, GraphQL, Swagger, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Kafka/RabbitMQ, auth0 and so on.
- Experience withmethodologies such as pair programming, continuous integration and test-driven development.
- Deep knowledge and proven hands-on experience in designing, implementing and maintaining an event-driven, microservices-based
distributed applications. - Experiences with code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, application security.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks relevant to the technology stack, such as MochaJS, Jest, Junit.
