What Youll Be Doing:
- Support & Troubleshoot: Handle incoming user requests via phone chat and email resolving IT issues on desktop applications iOS and Android devices using remote tools.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose hardware software or user access issues taking full ownership until successful resolution.
- Collaborate with Experts: Escalate complex cases to specialists when necessary to ensure quick efficient resolutions.
- Document Solutions: Maintain accurate records of resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Incident & Escalation Management: Manage incidents with an eye on preventing impact on business operations.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional support ensuring users receive highquality assistance that adheres to service management principles.
- Adapt & Learn: Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives adapting to adhoc tasks that enhance service delivery or boost key performance indicators (KPIs).
What Were Looking For:
- Language Skills: fluent Swedish speaker with strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with L1L2 support remote troubleshooting and incident management. Knowledge of ITSM tools like HPSM BMC Remedy CA Service Desk and understanding of SDLC databases and OS components is a plus.
- ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes is a strong advantage.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to logically tackle technical issues.
- Selfmotivated: Thrive in a fastpaced environment handling multiple tasks and assignments with ease.
