About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to oversee all operations at Sindalah Islands luxury venues. As part of the NEOM Project you will ensure seamless guest service operational excellence and compliance with hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of venue operations including staffing scheduling and guest services;
- Ensure compliance with legal safety and hospitality regulations;
- Handle escalated guest issues and resolve service failures;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain venue excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field;
- 10 years in venue or hospitality management;
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills;
- Proficiency in venue management systems and hospitality standards;
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus);
- Exceptional problemsolving skills;
- Ability to work in a highpressure luxury environment.
