Job Description

Do you have the business savvy and the technical background necessary to help establish Amazon as a key technology platform for Customers?

Rapyder is leading AWS Service Provider in cloud computing and is looking for world-class candidates to join our business.

As an Enterprise Business Development representative for Rapyder, your responsibilities will include building and driving the strategy to increase adoption, and market penetration in enterprise account to build long-term business and marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a business development/sales background that enables them to engage at all levels of a customer and partner organisation, mostly with C-levels of the business and IT. He/She will also demonstrate a strong technical competency focused on the IT landscape and cloud computing. He/she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory/ account coverage plan business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Accelerate customer adoption by identifying specific customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a value proposition for using Amazon web services. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key companies at the C-levels of Business & IT Work closely with the Solutions Team to ensure that Rapyder is the customers preferred cloud computing platform across all service lines.

Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services. Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc). Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team. Ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 15+ years of technology related sales or business development experience.
  2. A technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work experience required.
  3. Direct field experience in working with top enterprise accounts across your assigned territory.
  4. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  5. Extensive customer & contact network.
  6. Fluent in English & another language (territory dependent).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS degree required. Masters or MBA a plus.

Need Experienced Candidate who can manage Domestic team Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams. Must have experience in selling Cloud services. Good to have experience in AWS Cloud services. Responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training and enablement Leadership Skills: proven record of leading high performance multi department teams Strategy Skills: Leadership; Negotiation; Customer Orientation; Decision Making; Team development; Analytical thinking; Attention to detail; Critical thinking Excellent written and spoken English. Accurate, nuanced, direct, and kind messaging. Being able to work independent and respond quickly. Desired Skills: Experience working in a small, entrepreneurial company. Has a strong drive for results & to be part of Rapyder's growth journey
