Job Description
- Be responsible for complete execution during ADM delivery phase of Application Development Programs, Application Operation programs & monitor Modernization/transformation initiatives/programs.
- To conduct Program Utilization review meeting with Customer to review the Current utilization of the Agreed/Contracted ADM capacity and securing sign of on Delivery Acceptance certificate and Ready for Service Certificate. Redistribution of capacity among domain or any Adhoc capacity requirement need to be aligned with customer
- To Lead Ericsson ADM manager to conduct Program Performance review meeting with Customer to review the performance on contracted KPI's for Change request Delivery (AD) and to ensure and improve on key dependencies for continuity and quality of Services (IT releases / projects, enhancements) delivered by ADM Development team.
- To lead Ericsson Service Delivery manager to conduct Operations review meeting with Customer–To review the performance on contracted KPI's for Application Maintenance and to ensure and improve on key dependencies for continuity and quality of Services delivered by ADM Maintenance / operations team.
