• Own Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other related sales support (user setups, profiles, and roles, reports, and dashboards, customize features, fields, record types, etc.) and support/collaborate with sales and accounts
• Responsible for CRM releases, features & best practices, making recommendations to leadership as appropriate
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate additional technology tools into Sales Operations applications to meet business requirements and objectives
• Lead training for CRM and provide ongoing training as needed to current and new users.
• Assist with the testing of new or existing features, and or updates and the effect of application changes to current or new systems.
• Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and C3 AI Product and IT teams
