Duties and accountabilities will extend but not be limited to the following.
Oversee, handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting budgeting, etc.
Assist with group financial statement preparation, balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, and disclosures, accurately on a timely basis
Prepare and assist in preparing additional monthly and quarterly reporting
Prepare internal and external financial reports and presentation
Responsible for the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, annual budgets, and business activity reports required by Management
supervise and coordinate with entities’ subsidiary for Preparation of monthly reports, and monthly and year-end closing.
Assist chief accountant for Preparing the company’s Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing consolidation including the consolidating balance sheet, statement of income and statement of cash flows under IFRS Standers.
ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports required by Management.
Other financial management duties assigned by the CFO
