We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our team and support all recruitment and placement initiatives for Magrabi Hospitals and Centers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating job offers and managing onboarding activities. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with hiring managers and employment agencies to locate and attract top talent, ensuring that the organization’s staffing needs are met in alignment with strategic plans and in compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment, placement, and transfer programs in compliance with MHC’s Strategic Plans and current laws and regulations.
- Participate in job fairs, college recruitment drives, and open-house opportunities to promote MHC as an employer of choice.
- Manage advertising and media strategies to effectively market job vacancies.
- Coordinate with employment agencies to locate and hire candidates for executive and specialized positions.
- Identify effective recruitment channels and leverage them to source high-caliber candidates for various roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare employment offer letters and contracts for selected candidates.
- Manage the entire hiring process, including the international visa process, Iqama transfers, and GOSI enrollment for new staff.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Perform other HR duties as required and directed by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the recruitment field.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong computer skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using HR management tools.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent negotiation and onboarding skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in the recruitment field. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential, as well as strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. The candidate should have a solid understanding of HR management best practices and be skilled in sourcing, screening, and selecting top-quality candidates.
The candidate should be familiar with various recruitment channels and have experience in participating in job fairs, college recruitment drives, and networking events. Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate should possess good organizational skills to manage multiple roles and a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
The ability to handle the full recruitment cycle, including the coordination of international visa processes and onboarding activities, is highly desirable. A proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual will thrive in this role, bringing innovative recruitment strategies to the team and supporting the overall growth of the organization.
