You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Partner with operational department heads to identify hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting plans.
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
• Review, update and suggest enhancements to recruitment policies/ practices and methodologies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
• Review productivity and MP budget and management approvals etc before accepting MPR.
• Responsible for Employee referrals program, follow-up and payment.
• Responsible for all transactions and deals with recruitment agencies, review the Recruitment agency invoices before forwarded to the HR Manager for approval.
• Handling job fairs, external job advertisement. etc.
• Provides support in the planning and implementation of large events and meetings, as well as Manpower budget.
• Submit monthly reports about activities to measure productivity and effectiveness.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports & Analysis to the rest of the team
• Updating the vacancies rack and provide the summary report to HR Manager on weekly basis
