10+ years of supervisory or leadership roles in Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, or Human Resources as it pertains to
Construction craft employees
Demonstrated experience in working with organized labor to promote a positive construction work environment on industrial projects
Ability to communicate clearly and objectively verbally and in writing to internal and external counterparts.
At least 7 years of experience with direct-hire craft execution and managing the craft employee life cycle from recruiting to demobilization.
Comprehensive understanding of the Workforce Services model, including the support services necessary for craft logistics including camp/catering,
