الوصف الوظيفي
- The successful candidate will be flexible to travel to different countries and to remote locations to maintain leadership presence and remain connected to our project sites.
- 10+ years of supervisory or leadership roles in Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, or Human Resources as it pertains to
- Construction craft employees
- Demonstrated experience in working with organized labor to promote a positive construction work environment on industrial projects
- Ability to communicate clearly and objectively verbally and in writing to internal and external counterparts.
- At least 7 years of experience with direct-hire craft execution and managing the craft employee life cycle from recruiting to demobilization.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Workforce Services model, including the support services necessary for craft logistics including camp/catering,
