Job Description
- Ensure complete value chain from sales order booking to receipt of customer payment for motors and generate orders on time and as per costing. Co-ordinate with customer about order acknowledgement, delivery, forwarder arrangements etc. to ensure on time delivery.
- Ensure payment collection is happening on time and check order received from customers and compare it with ABB offer before we book it in our system. Enter Sales Order in SAP / Customer invoicing. Issue Purchase orders, and placing the orders on factory via Email, BOL, OMS, CSCOT and POL.
- Complete correspondence with factory for orders including checking packing list, delivery details etc. and goods receipt tracking in SAP, arrange dispatch of shipping documents on time to customers.
- Place warranty orders as per the details given by service team in SAP & in BOL and follow up with factory till dispatch and returning the faulty material back to factory. Enter time sheet of service engineers in SAP system, basware approval for supplier invoices.
- Tracking DHL shipments and allocating the costs to corresponding jobs, customs clearance accounts and updating SAS on monthly basis. For materials rejected/ returned by customers, handling Return Order in CSCOT, and in SAP and taking care of stock movement in SAP.
- Support month end closing with Controller and cash flow focus on addition to REV target.
