Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing customer support by attending to customers requests & inquiries for Import & Export Shipments.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of the doentation process for RORO General Cargo and Container Shipments through manifest checking customers notifications amendments inserting to Asycoda dealing with releases etc.
- Handle the operational aspect of the ISO Tanks & Containers (Import & Export).
- Handle the delivery orders process. Calculating customers invoices and receiving payments.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years in Shipping & Logistics.
- Strong written and verbal communication ss.
- Very Good English Language Ss
