- Build, establish and lead the tech team and implement the processes and structures to achieve company targets and goals
- Plan, create and manage core software components and services
- Lead and manage the tech planning, development and post development processes (incl. tech support, quality assurance and fraud)
- Supervise the system development life cycle and ensure the quality platform/ products/services
