Director Human Resources Cairo

OVERVIEW:

Were on the outlook for a seasoned Human Resources Director, for our Cairo office, to join our team! This is a regional highly diversified role, for a person with intense HR business acumen, encompassing all areas of HR including (but not limited to), development of HR Policies from Scratch. Well-versed & highly experienced in General Recruitment on day to day basis, as we are expanding our business. An ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of HR analytics and a critical thinking mindset. The bulk of the role will involve engaging new & existing employees Orientations (intro & circulation of new SOPs & developments in a timely fashion), Device benefits plans, liaison with insurance companies to get the best employees plans (OPD/IPD), review/ revise compensation & rewards, organizational development activities, with great opportunities for developing and refining overall systems, in collaboration with all departments, as well with the staff members at all levels.


PURPOSE:

Director of HR, who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the entire organization in collaboration with the Companys management.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Majorly will supervise recruitment process.
  • Device and implement Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Hiring plans, as well as Training Calendars.
  • Supervise, and monitor HR Forecasting, retention plans & highly motivational personality traits.
  • Guide, implement & be involved in proficient job postings and advertisements on various job portals and job boards.
  • Deep understanding & experience; understanding of maximum Online & other Job Posting mediums.
  • Experience with application tracking systems & attendance tracking systems.
  • Direct and manage Quarterly & Annual Performance Appraisals; Increments and Promotions, as and when necessary, that drives high performance of the overall organization.
  • Direct; supervise & amend Employee Benefits programs, from time to time within the companys assigned Annual HR budget.
  • Supervision of extreme Training Needs (TNA) Programs, to apply and monitor training programs by inviting Guest Trainers & Motivational Speakers.
  • Supervise to refine, and execute employees health & professional standards and procedures, using and improving current & upcoming HR existing and recommend best systems and processes.
  • Take extensive part in Companys Digital Branding as well as physical well-being too.
  • Direct, plan & involve with HR-related Govt.
  • Thorough understanding of HR development principles.
  • Fully active & supportive Companies across departments across functions, in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction.
  • Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Maintain & Update the Management by preparing, updating, and recommending Human Resource policies and procedures.
  • Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary issues, grievances, absence, and redundancy.
  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.


Requirements

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. Bachelors degree in HRM.
  • Min. 15 years of intense experience in HRM out of which at least 5 to 8 years in a Senior Managerial role.
  • Complete understanding of Labor, Employment & other associated Laws.
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
  • Since the root cause of the rising and surfaced problems, to immediately get on resolution.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR SOPs development; policies and systems.
  • Familiarity with HR software (ERP) and full working knowledge plus hands-on experience of complete MS Office.


MUST HAVE - PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Demonstrated & Proven Track Record of a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Passionate about working directly as needed with teams, sharing knowledge, building useful networks, and capable of using them to achieve goals.
  • Must be able to work efficiently to ensure that time and quality requirements are met in deliveries.
