Job Description
- Oversee the production, preparation and presentation of all baked items, and ensures highest quality and smooth operation.
- Prepare, produce and bake Tanoor bread other pastries.
- Measure and combine ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods.
- Ensure all baked goods are stored and packaged properly.
- Clean and restock workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized.
- Oversee the routine maintenance of baking equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage all aspects of the Bakery and supervise the preparation, baking and finishing of all breads and baked goods in accordance with company quality & standards.
